What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online shop?

Shipping is FREE for any order over $500, for lower amount order our shipping service cost range from 15$ to 36$ to any location in the world. Including extra fast service such as DHL Express, mid range service by EMS speed post or way slower service such as registered post.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online shop?

You can pay using any major credit card such as Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Discover or using a Paypal Account. We also offer bank transfer as a payment options, please note that we are not in a country participating in the IBAN network, therefor you might not be able to direct transfer from your bank online back office to us, you might have to ask your bank directly.

How long will delivery take?

Depending of the shipping service option selected, delivery could take 1 day with DHL Express or up to a couple of weeks using registered post. Usually, all our DHL Express shipments are delivered within 2 days EMS Speed post shipments are taking about 7 days, while registered post can take up to a couple of weeks.

How secure is shipping in the Online shop? Is my data protected?

We only save order history and account information such as billing and delivery address, collection and order placement are made through secure 128bits SSL layer. All payments and critical information such as credit card information are processed by Paypal. Therefor the security of your critical payment details are ensured by Paypal.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice is available in your account and you can request commercial invoice for any order at any time. An invoice is also included for shipping, in this regard please note that the shipping invoice can be altered as per your expressed wish in the special note for delivery field available when completely your billing/shipping address details during the order process.

What is the warranty period?

The warranty protects you for a specific period (“Warranty Period”) from your date of purchase as stated in your bill of sale or as otherwise established by HDfury.
Typically the warranty on HDfury products (except for some accessories) remains in effect for one year from the date of the first consumer purchase.

What does this warranty cover, and what does it not cover?

Except as otherwise stated in this policy, this warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship if: (1) you purchased this product from a dealer that is a HDfury authorized dealer with respect to this product at the time of your purchase; (2) your original, dated bill of sale is presented whenever warranty service is required during the warranty period; and (3) unless HDfury states otherwise, you purchased this product in brand new condition.

This policy does not cover damage or loss: caused by accident (including force majeure or natural forces), misuse, abuse, neglect, product modification; occurring during shipment (even when HDfury has arranged or paid for shipping); caused by failure to follow instructions in the owner’s guide, including failure to perform recommended periodic or routine maintenance; resulting from repairs by someone HDfury did not authorize; (for products not specified by HDfury for commercial or industrial use) caused by any commercial or industrial use; to the decorative surface of this product; to any data, software or information; caused by using this product for other than its intended purpose; or covered under any of your (or your installer’s) insurance policy or coverage. The following are also excluded from this warranty: claims based upon any misrepresentations by the seller; if this product’s serial number has been altered, defaced or removed; deterioration of component parts, the nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use, including batteries and headphone/headset ear pads/foam pads; any accessory to this product, even if supplied by HDfury; any installation, removal or re-installation; any set-up calibration or adjustment; any performance variations due to installation-related circumstances, such as program source quality or AC power fluctuations.

HDfury reserves the right to change the design of, or upgrade, any product from time to time without notice and with no obligation to make any changes or upgrades to any products previously sold or manufactured.

What does HDfury do to cerrect problems under warranty?

If the product has a defect covered by its warranty, HDfury will, at its option, either: (1) exchange this product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new parts and is at least functionally equivalent to this product, or (2) refund the purchase price of the product. Any replaced or refunded parts or products shall become HDfury property, and, by submitting any product for warranty service, you represent and warrant to HDfury that you are the sole owner of such product, and that it is not subject to any liens or encumbrances.

Who is protected by the warranty?

HDfury warranty protects only the original end-user (“you”), and is not transferable. Any attempt to transfer this warranty shall immediately make this warranty void. This warranty is valid only for HDfury products purchased from HDfury.com, and it does not apply to products purchased or transferred elsewhere. If you purchased this product (or have subsequently transferred it) from elsewhere than HDfury.com, you should contact your local reseller for warranty information.

What is the warranty on replacement parts?

Products serviced by HDfury are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 180 days, or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is greater.

Do I need a return authorization to return my HDfury product under warranty?

Yes. A service authorization is required and will be issued for you to include on the packing slip and on the outside of the box.

Do you offer Free Return Shipping?

International customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. If HDfury return labels are used, they might incur additional charges that will be the responsibility of the sender. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.

What is your Return & Exchange policy?

  • We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • If you choose to be refunded in HDfury Online Credit, you will receive an additional $5 in merchandise credit once your refund has been processed! This does not apply to late returns, or those otherwise outside of policy. Limited to one bonus credit per order.
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unused. Items returned with obvious use will be subject to refusal.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Accessories under $50 are returnable but not exchangeable.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

Do I have to pay my new exchange now?

To make exchanges fast and easy, we create a new order for the exchange item you’d like to receive. When the order is created, you will be sent a PayPal money request at that time. After the order is paid for, it will be processed and shipped out promptly. When we receive your return, you will be refunded for your original item(s).

How long do I have to make a return exchange?

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order shipment date.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Most returns are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email. We won’t leave you hanging!

Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you’re returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you’ll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
